The project according to propylene gas compression feature, to overcome the multiple process gas single screw compressor, key technical problems for the first time, application of new type mesh wire technology and advanced lubrication cooling technology, developed a set of high pressure than single screw single-stage process gas compressor and high-end equipment, through field investigation and review meeting, the experts agreed that the project has reached the design requirements, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.

The industrial application shows that the process gas single screw compressor unit has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, stable exhaust pressure and exhaust volume, high efficiency and energy saving, high single-stage pressure ratio, compact structure and convenient maintenance.
