HM15- Universal Mechanical Seals

Design Features：

• Conform to API 682 Standard;
• Multi – spring, O - ring, pushed mechanical seal design;
• Reliable mechanical transmission design reduces the sliding of the dynamic auxiliary seal ring on the shaft or shaft sleeve and avoids the early failure of the seal;
• Commonly used as single seal or the inner seal of unpressurized dual seal arrangement with FB combination (commonly known as tandem arrangement), or the inner seal and outer seal of pressurized dual seal arrangement with FF and BB combination (commonly known as double arrangement);
• Precision lapping of the sealing ring has a high degree of smoothness and excellent flatness;
• Single arrangement and dual seal arrangement can be adopted;
• Simple and reliable structure, easy to install and disassemble;
• Due to the compact structure, can be widely used in a variety of rotating equipment such as pump, agitator.

• Shaft diameter: 20-150mm;
• Temperature: -40℃-260℃;
• Pressure: vacuum to 8.0MPa;
• Speed: 0-25 m/s;
• Media: lubricants, aqueous solutions, chemicals, light hydrocarbon compounds and certain acids, etc.
